Well, the first and the most difficult year is up! Congratulations!Now is the time for the spouses to celebrate their first anniversary. Though in different countries the first anniversary symbols are different (paper in the US, cotton in the UK and chintz in Russia), the meaning of them is the same. There were quite a lot of arguments and problems during this very first year, the couple is supposed to get used to each other but their love is still passionate!
Why paper?
Paper is very easy to tear and the relations between the two of a couple are still very shaky and easy to break. However, you have got a life in front of you to prove to the world that nothing can make you stop loving each other and part. There is a good way to say about your love to your spouse by writing him or her your own love poem describing how much he or she means to you, how dearly you love your spouse! Write it on a beautiful scented paper and present it as a gift! Flowers, a love letter and a kiss before you even get out of the bed in the morning - these are what you can choose from to congratulate each other on the beginning of the second year together!
